Shari Burkey

Shari currently serves as a paraprofessional in the early childhood program at Lakeland Christian School and has been teaching and working with K4/K5 students for more than 35 years. During the summertime, Shari enjoys organizing and running summer camps for kids of all ages. 

Shari attends Medulla Baptist church, where she serve on several committees and teaches in the youth department.  She has been married to her husband John for 40 years. The couple has one daughter and a grandson. She enjoys being around people and serving God.
